In Värtahamnen Bonnier Fastigheter is developing a total of 70,000 square metres of commercial space of which Portalen is the first of three buildings now under construction.
Since 1856, Bonnier has been a long-term property owner and community developer contributing to a sustainable, secure and open society. Operations are divided into four business areas: Commercial Real Estate, Residential, Service and Investment. Most of the properties are located in Stockholm’s inner city and Uppsala. Bonnier Fastigheter is owned by the Bonnier family.
